Ouchh Sakitnyer..

Assalamualaikum

Yup ngah sakit ni but nak tulis jugak entri ni.. hehe gedik kan?? haha

2 hari lepas kan saye pergi Gym,.. for the first time.. so try lah memacam jenis alat senaman disitu.. yang nak muscle kat abdomen la.. kat lengan.. chest and also feet..

so semalam ade la rase sengal skit kat siku ni.but i thought it is normal.. macam lame tak maen badminton and then tetibe main.. kan sengal kan??

so bile bangun tido hari ni.. thats it.. lagi sakit la.. i can straighten my hand.. pedih syiott.. haha

hurm adakah sume ni normal?? will it fading slowly?? or this is dangerous?? awchh.. pedih sangat la..

takleh straight tangan n nak basuh pinggan pon saket.. huhuhu... somebody can answer this phenomenon??

so shud i continue doing all those exercises or shud i avoid it?? sakit tahap Mongolia niyh.. hadoiyai..

Help me Cure me.. Fade This Illness.. InsyaAllah..
